Trademark Registration Costs in UAE: Guide to Fees & Charges (Official Fee Schedule)
This is the reference table of every official trademark fee charged by the Ministry of Economy & Tourism (MoET), per the schedule in force since 14 November 2025 (Cabinet Resolution No. 102 of 2025). Discounts and exemptions
- 50% off all trademark fees for companies registered under the National Programme for SMEs and Establishments.
- 100% exemption for People of Determination.
What these fees do not include
- Professional (agent) fees for search, filing and follow-up.
- Notarisation and legalisation of a power of attorney abroad (foreign applicants).
- Legal translation of documents into Arabic.
- Opposition or cancellation proceedings and court costs.
